Resort Details

Additional Charges

• Cottage rates subject to 5% GST & 5% PST.
• Extra person fee $25.00/day or $125.00/week. (Children under 3 yrs. not included).
• Damage deposit of $50.00 for first time customers. (ret. by mail if no damage).
• Rates reflect a 5% discount for cash, travelers cheque and money orders.

Boat & Canoe Rental

• Boat rental 13’ c/w 6.0 HP & 14’ c/w 9.9 HP. $60.00/day or $235.00/week plus fuel & taxes. (7% GST & 8% PST).
• $150.00 Damage Deposit Required.
• Canoe rental $20.00/day or $100.00/week. (Taxes included) - no damage deposit. Dockage for Customer Owned Motor Boats
• $10.00/day or $50.00/week (Taxes included)

Deposits

• $150.00 deposit required within ten working days after reserving cottage.
• Personal cheques accepted for deposits only.
• We will send a receipt with confirmation.

Cancellation

• 90 day cancellation notice is required
• $75.00 cancellation fee charged per week reserved.

Check-In

• Check-in time is after 3 p.m. on Saturdays. Must notify if arriving late.

Check-Out

• Check-Out time is before 10 a.m. on Saturdays.

Payment on Arrival

• Balance to be paid with cash, travelers cheque or money order at time of check-in.
• Rates reflect a 5% discount for cash, travelers cheque and money orders.
• No fee adjustment for late arrival or early departure.

Visitors

• Visitors allowed for 2-3 hours maximum or extra person fee will apply.
• All visitors must report to office.
• Maximum of 2 cars parked at each cottage.

Pets

• No aggressive breeds allowed. (1) pet per cott
• No pets allowed on beach.
• Continuous barking will not be tolerated.
• Pets are to be on a leash at all times.
• Please clean up after your pet.

Noise

• Excessive noise will not be tolerated.
• Radios to be kept at low levels so as not to bother others.

Firewood

• Firewood is available. (Some chopping may be req.)
• No cutting of trees.
